Following the acquisition by Piex Société Pharmaceutique d’Import-Export of Pharma CDI in July 2019, Piex announces that a merger agreement was signed on November 28, 2019 with Pharma CDI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Piex, in order to proceed with the absorption of the latter through a simplified merger.
